How are caregivers chosen?
It’s a matchmaking process. After meeting with you, we select a caregiver based on both skills and personality. If it’s not a fit, we’ll switch — no drama, no delay.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Nope. We don’t believe in trapping anyone. Try our services without long-term commitment. Stay only if you’re completely satisfied — that’s our promise.
Can care happen outside the home?
Absolutely. Hospital stay? Assisted living? Even vacation? Our caregivers go where you need them — because support shouldn’t stop at your front door.
Will the caregiver live in the home full-time?
Only if you request live-in care. Otherwise, caregivers come and go during scheduled shifts. They maintain their own residences and are never permitted to use clients’ property without permission or bring guests during shifts.
